Buddy is a sweet senior boy whose papa had to move to an assisted living facility. He tried to take Buddy with him but it just didn't work out. He then went to a neighbor, and then a friend of the neighbor until we were contacted. Buddy is a super easy guy, quite friendly and even playful with other dogs. His foster sister had lost interest in toys but now that Buddy is around they are playing with them together. He follows his foster mom around the house and, although his vision may be somewhat diminished, he navigates quite well. He's also done very well with house training and if he can't hold it all the way through the, he goes to the guest bathroom and uses a potty pad. Such a thoughtful little guy! Buddy is on an inexpensive medication (Telmisartan) which costs about $8 a month. We I have some blood work scheduled for him and just to see if some values have changed since his initially coming to us. Once we are satisfied with that, we would be happy to see Buddy adopted. If you have a love for seniors, this is definitely the guy for you!
