ADOPTION PENDING

EXPECTED ARRIVAL 9/6/2023
Bert has been with a wonderful foster family in Louisiana and will soon be coming to Florida! This pint-sized feller loves to play outside.  Open that back door, and watch him go, smiling the whole way.  He’ll get the zoomies, relishing the freedom to run amok. He plays well with his foster-sister and gets along just fine with the grumpy resident senior beagles. Bert is a curious little guy around the house, but doesn’t do much chewing or get into mischief.  He loves his crate and has his meals and sleeps there at night. The only barking he does is when the human food is being prepared, but beagles will be beagles.  Hs foster reports that he doesn't get up on the furniture.The first day in his foster home he had a few accidents in his crate and in the house, but is now earning high marks in potty-training. Bird is heartworm positive but we will be scheduling his treatment very soon and he should be ready for a sleepover sometime around mid-September as long as the family can observe the activity restrictions.
