ADOPTION PENDING

Herbie is a gentle beagle who has been loved all his short life, but his mom has cancer and just cannot take care of him any longer. We were so glad she contacted us and we were able to place him immediately in a great foster home where he is thriving.  Herbie loves other dogs and likes to play. He's doing great with housetraining but uses a dog door so might need a refresher course if he went to a home where the set up was different. Herbie was probably not crated so we are starting slowly with crate training, teaching him that the crate is a good place where good things happen like food! For now he sleeps in his dog bed and his foster parents' bedroom Herbie has just started to settle in to the routine at his foster home so stay tuned for more updates on his personality and temperament.
