ADOPTION PENDING
At only about 6 months, Roxy is definitely still a puppy. She is energetic, exuberant and very endearing. Here are just some of her fine and good traits: she is confident and friendly without being overbearing, she does really well with kids and dogs and even cats, she is food motivated which is great for training and she takes treats gently and... she is GREAT at cuddling! Roxy does of course need supervision as, like any puppy, she enjoys a good chew, and she will do best with a regular schedule to continue to perfect her potty training. When her foster family has to leave Roxy at home alone, she stays quiet in her crate without issue, but she is not left alone for more than a few hours. At the early age of only about 4 months old, Roxy was dumped by her humans, discarded and unwanted. Now she waits for a family who will see her as a treasure.
NEW ARRIVAL:
Poor little Roxy was reportedly dumped at someone's home in Mississippi - and she is only about 5 months old! She en TOded up at a shelter and we are very grateful for our contacts who brought her to our attention and that we were able to bring her to Florida. We've attached the video the shelter staff sent us when they told her she was being rescued. Roxy does have a cherry eye which we will have repaired. We will know more about her medical needs, personality and temperament when she gets here in just a few days.
