He is companionable with the other 7 year old beagle in his foster home and is good with the gentle toddler as well. His foster parents are experienced fosters and share that "Hershey is just one of the sweetest dogs they have yet to foster - he just has such a loving heart."

They call him Little Beagle Buddy because he is so companionable. Probably HERSHEY was dumped in a remote area of North Florida, picked up as a stray and brought to the local shelter. He may not have known much of the comforts of home and human kindness. HERSHEY is coming along with his crate training, sleeping in his crate at night and also when his family is away for an hour to a few hours every day. He is also making good grades in housetraining but hasn’t quite achieved an A+ yet. He does have a heart murmur – murmuring I love you possibly :).
