Rowdy is an affectionate fellow and really not a wild child at all! He is already learning some basic commands in his foster home and doing well with the other beagle and even cats. He seems to respond well to men. Rowdy sleeps quietly in his crate at night and is coming along with his house training. It's all quite a lot to take in, this getting rescued business - but he is learning a new life and every day is a great adventure for this brave little boy. Rowdy tested positive for heartworms but has already been treated. He is just waiting for someone who will look into that sweet face and give him a chance.
