Incredibly, Belle was dumped by her owners. But they dumped her on a road where she was immediately seen by just the right person. As their car sped away this good person was already headed to scop up this little beagle girl in her arms. Safe and reassured that she was loved, Belle turned out to be an amazingly loving dog in return. Her foster mom says she is one of the most affectionate dogs she's ever met. Belle gives her hugs and head butts and makes cute little grunting sounds when she's getting pets. She is very calm yet always up for any adventure, especially outside. Belle is doing excellent with house training and is comfortable being crated. She is great with other dogs. Typical beagle, she is always hungry and super interested in human food.  Belle Is heartworm positive and will be ready for her treatment the 1st of October
