ADOPTION PENDING
***UPDATE*** Rosie is here! She's quite petite and she is very friendly in her calm and dignified way. Her first couple nights were spent at a temporary foster home and she had no problem meeting quite a few different dogs. She was confident and very curious exploring the house and sniffing about the yard. She was quite willing to go in her crate for meals and slept quietly through the night. Now Rosie is settling into her intended foster home and will be going to our vet soon to have a small cyst removed from underneath her tail. Then we will schedule her heartworm treatment. She's lovely little beagle girl with a very soft and shiny coat. She definitely has that thing for blankets... just like her Louisiana foster mom told us about. Sweet :)
ARRIVING IN FLORIDA MARCH 31st
Rosie is a sweet, feisty little beagle who has a sense of her own independence. That doesn’t mean she doesn’t want to sit on your lap or cuddle, but she does it on her terms. She likes to play with toys and other dogs. She can make a bit of noise when she does, but otherwise, she is very quiet. She came from a difficult divorce where she went from being a house dog to then being kept only outside. A neighbor saw her sad situation and asked if she could have Rosie and that is how she made it to us. Rosie has a thing about blankets and likes to carry hers around the house.
